Platforms
The platforms Aoris works with, grouped by what they do. Not everything Aoris has ever touched — the tools that show up in real engagements often enough to be worth naming.
The Approach
How the choice gets made
Platform choice starts with the business need — pipeline generation, sales productivity, marketing efficiency, revenue attribution — not with the vendor already sitting in the room. That order matters. The wrong platform, correctly implemented, still fails.
The list below is not organised by partnership status. It’s grouped by what the tool does. A few of these are certifications; one is an active partnership; some are working tools; some are how the work gets built. Where the distinction matters, it’s noted.
The TOOLKIT
What Aoris works with
CRM and sales intelligence
1
The systems where customer and account data live, and the tools that feed them with signal.
- HubSpot. CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs. Multiple hub certifications. Aoris’s most common CRM implementation platform
- Salesforce. CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) — worked with on integration and RevOps engagements. Marketing Cloud covered separately below.
- Leadfeeder. Website visitor identification and B2B intent. Active partnership. See /leadfeeder for depth.
- Bombora. Third-party B2B intent data. Operationalised at MetLife into weekly opportunity briefs.
Marketing automation and engagement
2
The platforms that run campaigns, journeys, and lifecycle communication.
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Certified. Enterprise-grade cross-channel journey orchestration.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Email Specialist certified. Enterprise email and cross-channel campaigns.
- Marketo. Certified. B2B marketing automation depth.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub. Certified. Full-stack marketing on the HubSpot platform.
- ActiveCampaign. Partner. Marketing automation for SMB and mid-market — where the CRM requirement doesn’t justify a full HubSpot or Salesforce footprint.
Data processing and integration
3
How platforms talk to each other, and how raw data becomes something a business team can act on.
- Twilio Segment. Certified. Customer data platform and event routing.
- Alteryx. Data preparation and pipeline building — used for the Bombora surge-data pipeline at MetLife.
- Zapier · Make · n8n · Pabbly. Automation platforms for standard integrations between the platforms above and the wider business stack.
Asset and content management
4
Where content lives, and how it connects to the rest of the stack.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Enterprise CMS. Dun & Bradstreet European website migration.
- WordPress and WooCommerce. From marketing sites to B2C e-commerce. Rodicar’s industrial B2B site, SAN&COCO’s fashion retail, aoris.co itself. Custom plugin development where the situation demands it.
Development and AI-augmented build
5
How the custom pieces get built — where automation platforms don’t reach and off-the-shelf integrations aren’t enough.
- Zite (Fillout). Custom form and workflow platform — used to build multi-language assessment logic for leadership programme work.
- Claude. AI-augmented development and integration work, part of the standard delivery workflow.
- Custom code (PHP, Python, Node). For the integration and data work that no off-the-shelf tool covers cleanly.
Workflow and delivery
6
Where teams coordinate the work that platforms support. Necessary solution layer that makes engagements ship.
- Jira and Atlassian suite. Certified. Project and delivery management, integrated with the CRM and marketing stack.
- Workfront. Adobe’s enterprise work management platform.
